Sunny Cupcakes!


Cupcake galore! There are lovely lemon cupcakes with lemon curd filling as once again I have a jar of lemon curd left from last week's baking.

These cupcakes are baked out of sugar, butter, lemon zest, milk, flour and baking powder. A scoop of cake is then taken out of the cooled cupcakes and then topped with lemon curd.

I have yet to taste them so will keep you posted about taste tomorrow!
